Panic Away and the Symptoms it Could Cure

The terrifying symptoms of a full-blown panic attack are enough to convince the victim he is about to die, and many a sufferer has called the paramedics out to deal with a “heart attack”.  This disorder causes terror and misery to anyone who experiences it, and will often include a feeling that the victim is about to die or his heart is about to stop.

Years ago this condition was called Da Costa’s Syndrome, or “soldier’s heart”, and even if the person does not feel they are dying they may become afraid they are losing their sight or becoming paralyzed.  They may experience feelings of choking or suffocation and even a feeling of unreality, as though they are already semi-conscious.

The symptoms occur in response to a fear stimulus from the subconscious, and adrenalin surges through the body, causing the heart to race and the limbs to shake.

These unpleasant feelings caused Irish author Barry McDonagh to develop his panic away system, which has brought relief to thousands across the world.
